USESO

From LHS SciWiki

The International Earth Science Olympiad (IESO) is an Earth science competition run by the International Geoscience Education Organization (IGEO). In the US, qualifying for the IESO begins with a preliminary national entrance exam covering a wide range of Earth science topics. Top scoring students may be invited to attend the USA IESO training camp located in Vermont. After the camp's completion, the top four students to represent the USA at the International Earth Science Olympiad are chosen.
